"I am full of ideas which I'm sure will make my students' lives miserable, but I would never turn down extra suggestions," he assured her, though he made sure his tone heavily implied that he was kidding.
He didn't plan on going out of his way to make anyone's life miserable. Learning at the Academy had been an excellent experience for him personally and despite his misgivings about his teaching abilities, it was a nice thought that he might contribute to someone's fond memories of schooling.
He inhaled deeply as he considered her question. "There was a different feel to it, yes," he decided with a nod. "There was never a reason to be wary about coming to learn magic here. Perhaps it won't feel that off once the classes begin, but I imagine the students will come in with very different attitudes than we did back then."
