Daryl had been legitimately concerned there for a while, when it seemed Rick had gone off the rails.

"What d'you reckon's going down tonight?" Daryl gestured toward the ballroom. The threats to get everyone to attend had been frequent enough to show whoever these senior partners were, they meant business. Daryl had several theories, but he had no real idea what was going to happen.
