"At least whatever ones are in the hallways can't fit through the door to the stairs, I mean...right?" He was pulling on straws but there was a good chance, that was unless these women became fluid somewhere in between blinking and glances. This wasn't something he wanted to really fathom while they were in their current position.
Hearing Dean mutter, he sighed and forgot to catch himself as he closed his eyes in frustration for a moment. "Shit!" He had reopened his eyes to find the one once hidden at the corner a few feet away was now directly in front of him with arms outstretched for his chest. Not only that but she was now blocking their clear path along the turn into the hallway.
"Uhh okay...little problem here." He cleared his throat a little and had stopped moving so he wasn't impaling himself onto the fingers of the statue. "I've got one right on top of me ...almost literally." Goddamn these things were a pain in the ass. "We're going to have to make our way around her, but I have a feeling she's going to block what you can keep an eye on once we get by her too.."
