Aidan/Dean
Dean nodded. Aidan had a point. Vampires from one world weren't like vampires from another and thus would be more than surprising to anyone, even other vampires. He listened as Aidan described the ones from his world and the way that he'd managed his need to feed. He could say that he at least respected his intent to not kill anyone. Dean wasn't a completely good person himself. He'd killed plenty of people in his time, directly and indirectly. Some had deserved it and others hadn't.
He shrugged. "I don't know," he told him honestly. "I just know that I'd rather give some blood willingly to keep the peace than have a vampire needing blood so bad that they go on the hunt through the rest of the people here." It wasn't an ideal situation, but it was much better than a slew of hungry vampires with no options. "I'm not suggesting feeding directly, but this hotel hops around constantly. Eventually it'll land somewhere that we can get equipment for storage and security and whatever. Maybe not all at once, but there has to be some option to keep this shit from getting out of control."
Dean wasn't certain that he wanted everyone knowing about vampires either because that could result in a mass hysteria that they all didn't need. He sighed. "For now, it's probably best to keep it on the down low," he said. "The less people that know, the better. Vampires aren't new to me, but other people might freak out about it. That won't be good for anyone. Gretel's willing enough to help you and if she can't then I can. That'll have to do for now. And if there are others, they're probably going to be more willing to admit that to you than to me, so maybe try and figure out options with them too?"
