Who: Valkyrie and Open What: Valkyrie arrives at the hotel. When: Day Three Where: Hotel Lobby Warnings: Spoilers for Thor Ragnarok. Status: Open!
At first the Valkyrie looked at the PDA in her hand and thought it was the controller for the small taser tags she used to bring in contenders. There were too many buttons though, and a screen. The device, in fact was so primitive, after peering at it for long enough she realized...
1. She was very drunk. Scrapper 142 swayed in place as she weighed how drunk she was while also considering that...
2. The room did not smell. Sakaar had a very distinct scent of rust and garbage. Even inside the colosseum, perhaps especially inside the colosseum, there was no getting away from the smell of unloved and discard scrap. That was especially true of the people. The smell infused everything, including the water and the alcohol.
142 stared at the quill in her hand and sniffed that as well, getting a line of ink on the tip of her nose. Not sure why she'd done that (she was drunk and already established the smell was off here) the former valkyrie tossed the quill over her shoulder. Canting her head at the registry, the letters were a little blurry at first, but she made out her badly scrawled signature that was damn near illegible.
Wobbling as she turned, Scrapper 142 tried to take in the sight of the lobby. She had no idea where she was, what this place was, or how she'd managed to get there. Maybe she'd managed to fall somewhere even more lost than Sakaar. She certainly hadn't left on purpose.
Nothing was trying to kill her at least.
Turning back around, 142 found the bottle of alcohol she'd left on the desk which she must have set down to write down her name. Picking it back up and taking a swig, the lost Asgardian decided to stumble around until...
A. Things made sense B. She found more to drink C. Something tried to kill her, eat her, or take her to bed
Eventually one of those things would probably happen.
Though she wore dark armor made of material not of Planet Earth, was visibly armed with two daggers and a sheathed sword, wore her hair in a warrior's topknot and braids, had some sort of white markings on her face which probably meant something, it was difficult to find the Valkyrie precisely intimidating.
