Oh, this fits so well with your interpretation of the prompt! Love the ending that could well be a beginning, with things up in the air for one person even as the other claims that they're settled. Fabulous :).

I liked the way you used the reversal of this card. I've always thought the flipside of that obsession Harry and Draco have for each other is that extreme resistance, and you play with that here in some very interesting ways. The awkward starts and stops of their friendship feel very genuine. You set up a world where their relationship won't be easy, but it's realistic and like the card predicts, it's the first step for something else. Really nicely done!
