I'm very excited to announce that after a few weeks long trial, we're going wide with a new early morning yoga class! Feeling a little run down or anxious? Yoga could be your new best friend. And the best part? Your first session is free! Yes, you read that right--f r e e! So what do you have to lose? Get up early, take a couple of swallows of that coffee, and come on down to the park for a morning yoga session, every Saturday at 6am. Oh, did I forget to mention it's outdoors? Because yes, yes it is. It may sound trite but one class could change your life. Feel free to contact me with any and all questions!
