Roughly this time last year I was repairing my cabin as well as helping out my neighbors when I could. That storm that came through town for three days really tore us all a new one, but it's been amazing to watch Havenwood come together and rebuild itself. The community has bounced back rather well and it's nice to know that said community has your back in times of trouble. We've also been lucky that it's been relatively quiet. But—There's always a but—I can't help but wonder when the other shoe will drop?
