I'm on the hunt WHO Edward Pierce OT Anyone/Multiples WHAT Edward is looking to hire staff for his restaurant WHERE Loaf Around WHEN Monday, Sept. 5th, 2016 9:57AM (Morning/Mid-Morning, backdated)
Having settled in town two months ago when renovations started for Aeternum, Edward remembered wandering up to Sullivan's Point soon after arriving. Climbing to the top of the lighthouse after charming his way past the door, he sat at the edge of the iron grating that surrounded the outside of the tower. His legs dangled over the sides, and while his arms rested on the railing, the gifted man struggled to remember the last time he'd been to the sleepy little town. Edward was distressed to realized that this was the first time he'd been back since he'd initially left all those years ago. He frowned at the picturesque scene before him; Making that realization put him in a rather melancholy mood and lately when he grew melancholy, his thoughts usually turned to Lee.
Edward heaved a sigh at the thought of his wife. Sometimes, being psychic sucked not for the fact that he potentially knew almost anything, but for the fact that the stuff he didn't know tended to throw him for a very large loop. His separation from Lee weighed heavily on him and was the secondary reason he had returned to Havenwood. The past two months, giving Lee her requested and much needed space, was almost like torture. There was no denying how much Edward loved Lee, but despite the fact that he knew to the depths of his soul that he'd been right to keep his abilities to himself… Edward was still kicking himself for not being more forthright with the second person he was supposed to be sharing secrets with. Isaac appeared to be in one of his "Don't Contact Me" phases again if his lack of communication was an indication so Edward was left to himself to agonize over his mistake. He spent the better part of an hour self-analyzing. Pulling apart and nit-picking every word the two of them shared before he left.
Finally, the psychic shook himself from his morose thoughts and looked to the brighter side of things. Havenwood was clearly flourishing despite his negative vibe from halfway around the world. The town economics wasn't in jeopardy, but something else certainly was… Edward would just have to suss it out while he was here however long that might be. His phone vibrated, reminding him of an appointment he had so Edward made his way back to his car and into town when he reached Main Street around ten in the morning.
Luck was on his side that he found a parking spot on close to Loaf Around and upon stepping inside, Edward was assaulted by the scent of coffee and baked goods. He took a moment to drink it all in, so to speak, before making his way to the counter to make his order; The psychic would need a lot in order to deal with all the interviews he had that morning for Aeternum.
