Cruel perhaps, but that was exactly why Chloé gve the annoying ball of fluff to Bo. She knew how he'd struggle, how hard it would be, but he would try so hard to be a good keeper of the cat. Sometimes it was even difficult for her to keep the stern looks she gave Bo when the cat was being naughty. Those times when all she wanted to do was laugh. Sometimes she did just that, but Bo didn't always get the joke. Of course, her laughter always seemed to make him happy so, see?... It was a good joke all around. Dimitri and Justine and Juliette could deal with a bit of fluff. If it made Chloé happy they'd deal with far more.
She wondered really how long it would be before Bo killed the cat. Either accidentally or on purpose. Or maybe the reptile would get the cat. Who knew? Either way it did seem the furball's days were numbered. No wonder he was always trying to run away.
Besides, all of Bo's attention really should be on Chloé. Cat was just a diversion.
A bit of a ham? That was putting it mildly. Though Chloé was counting on that personality coming through for this photo shoot. That, and more. This was to be an editorial of sorts, and Bo was the star. To hell with "traditional" models. Chloé knew what she wanted, and Clhoé always got what she wanted.
One of the helpers tried to be stern with Bo when he looked all around, seeming to squirm a bit too much for her liking. What she got was a deadly look from Chloé who noticed from the other room, watching as she was through the gap in the curtain. Though her attention had seemed to be on the web designer and coordinator as she sipped wine, smoked a cigarette and nodded to their words. It wasn't to long before her gestures were sheer boredom and she had turned all her attention toward the dog. Not that it had taken very long for him to change.
"Perfectionner, mon animal favori." She went to him, handing off her glass and the long filter holding her cigarette. "You look so handsome. Isn't he handsome?" She spoke to the others as she fiddled with his suit, soothing her hands over the lapel as though she were petting him, and she was. "It needs just one more thing." She smiled and hoped the finishing touch would not upset him. "This will make the pictures perfect, mon cheri." As she spoke she produced a collar and snapped it around his neck, petting him as she did and cooing softly in his ear. "You don't mind, do you baby?"
