Alex had to laugh at that one. He had never met Hale but he had heard a lot about him. He had to assume that Blue was his dog and, well, that would look a little bit gay. "You're devious." He said with a small shake of his head, grinning all the while.
The best time for breakfast was in the middle of the night in his opinion. Technically it was morning, just he wee hours of morning really, and there was nothing like some eggs and sausage and cheese and all that other yummy goodness mixed together to sate your hunger and give you that nice, relaxed, 'how about I pass out now' feeling. He was the type that could never go to bed hungry.
"Want some coffee with your sugar?" He asked her, a brow arching slightly. He never understood that. He drank his straight, no sugar, just a little bit of milk. His fork began its not so rhythmic clinking upon the plate and silence overtook him, aside from the question, "Is it good?". He was never one to do much talking while eating.
Soon his plate was clean and he was standing to head over to the sink. Rinsing it and everything else had used off, he put it all in the dishwasher and gave his body a small stretch. Now he was ready to get some sleep. The main question was, would she be ready to let him.
