Rose Tinted Glasses
“When ye gonna make an honest witch of Hermione?” Seamus slurred, watching Harry poking himself in the eye with his glasses.
“She was honest to begin with,” Ron downed his Firewhisky, “being with me has sort of ruined her for life.”
Seamus chortled. Ron called over to Harry as he fiddled with his glasses again.
“Harry, mate, it’s not your glasses. You’re blind drunk.”
“It’s his stag night, he’s supposed to be!” Seamus cheered before staggering away.
Glasses on properly, Harry looked at Ron, stone cold sober.
“The rosy tint’s gone,” he said, “I see what I want clearly now.”
