Certain Dark Things

 

This is an AU that I’ve been working on in a while and have posted elsewhere but never here. It’s up to chapter 14. The link below will take you to the a listing of all the chapters plus a more complete description and warnings.

 

At its heart, it’s a love story (of course) and probably h/c as well. It takes place the year following DH as the kids all head back to Hogwarts to complete/redo their final year. Before school starts, Harry and Draco are thrown together by circumstance and an unlikely friendship grows. They are trying to figure out post-war life and draw comfort from each other. It’s about healing and learning to give and receive love. There will eventually be much sex and goodness but it’s a slow build as the boys work through their war traumas.

 

Rating: R definitely, maybe NC-17
Warnings: Slash, some het. Spoilers for DH, some elements not compliant with canon, totally ignores the Epilogue of Crap. Lots of swearing, as my Draco has a filthy mouth. For full warnings, please go here
