WHO: Link Haela/Guybrush Theepwood
WHERE: Link's apartment.
WHAT: Another submission for the mod challenge...
WARNINGS: Hard R for a bit more than allusions to sex and some body part specifics. I don't know how to write the characters, I'm probably horrible at writing the characters, so this is with the smexy...as far as my brain would allow at this late hour. I hope you enjoy the bit o' boylove! ♥
Link nuzzled along Guybrush’s hip bone. He shouldn’t be doing this. Not only did Guybrush have a girlfriend Jennifer, remember her? The sweet, shy, quiet one that sends his heart all a flutter, but Guybrush was also his best friend.
He didn’t care anymore. He had at first. He didn’t do that, didn’t ruin friendships like that (although he had made a few fairly awkward in the past), especially not this relationship were he wasn’t just ruining theirs…but he couldn’t stop himself. Guybrush was just so wonderfully pliable.
Link wasn’t forcing Guybrush into anything, he knew that. The other man was going at this willingly. Link had been fairly surprised. But, what surprised him more was that he’d actually made a move on his friend. Sure, he’d caught Guybrush looking at him a couple times, and sure he’d made slight teasing comments…but he never expected himself to actually make a move on another guy.
Now the two were completely nude in Link’s apartment going at the second round. Yes, they’d done this already once that evening.
It had been rushed, needy, hurried, almost on animal instinct. Neither of the men had ever been particularly forceful with their emotions and wants…but apparently this time was the exception.
They’d just been sitting together, playing yet another video game as they had a tendency to do when spending time together. Link’s phone, on the other side of Guybrush, had rung. Without thinking, Link had started to crawl over Guybrush to get it. It had been awkward, completely unsexy, and fumbling at first, Link genuinely just trying to grab the thing. But, as Link had reached for the phone, he’d lost his balance. Guybrush had placed his hands on Link’s hips to steady him, and Link had frozen, a sudden heat rushing through him.
Link had turned his head, completely forgetting about the still ringing phone. Guybrush had a blush on his cheeks reminiscent of a tomato and a slight smirk tilted Link’s lips.
“S-sorry! I, uh, I was trying to keep you from falling over and I…”
Link had leaned back on his haunches and pressed his lips to Guybrush’s, effectively cutting off the babble.
Things had degenerated from there in a blur of discarded clothing and moans, thrusts and whimpers.
A shiver ran through Link’s body as he thought of how delicious it had been to move inside Guybrush. The little sounds he’d pulled from the other man, they’d been perfect. If Guybrush had been any less comfortable in his masculinity…no, Guybrush flushed the color of a tomato at the mere brush of Link’s finger tips.
Maybe he should worry, worry Guybrush would grow attached. Link had no illusions, they wouldn’t be able to do this regularly, this thing he’d been feeling for his best friend for a little while was probably a fluke. But, for that night, it was perfect. He’d worry about the fallout when it came.
Guybrush wasn’t really talking anymore. He was just writhing and letting out more slight whimpers as Link nipped at the skin under his navel and nuzzled his nose into the trail of hair there.
“L-Link…” Guybrush stuttered out, digging his fingers into Link’s hair. He wasn’t pulling or pushing, but the weight there made Link smile against his skin.
After that rushed first time, they had laid there for a little while, kissing and cuddling and being all around not like themselves.
Now, now Link wanted to drag all the noises from Guybrush that were humanly possible. He wanted the tenants next door to hear the sounds he pulled from the other man. He wanted to thrust into Guybrush and feel every delicious grunt and moan. Guybrush’s body would be eaten up by the blush he seemed to always wear while around Link, and Link looked forward to seeing the flushed skin.
Link smirked as he moved back up Guybrush’s body, a body in mint condition, completely and utterly perfect.
His lips reconnected with Guybrush’s and all thoughts of time taking flew from his head. A moment later he was fitting himself back between slim thighs and brushing his fingers against a tight entrance. Guybrush was writhing and Link was smiling and everything was unfolding perfectly.
Link lay watching Guybrush sleep, completely fascinated by his breathing. His thoughts were plagued once more with the fact that Guybrush was his best friend. Just his best friend. Not his long pined after love, not his lover, but his best friend.
Biting his lip, he leaned down to the other man’s ear before whispering. “Life is very short and there's no time, for fussing and fighting my friend. I have always thought that it's a crime, so I will ask you once again: try to see it my way, only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong. While you see it your way, there's a chance that we might fall apart before too long. We can work it out.”
Guybrush shifted himself closer to Link at the whispered words, an automatic reaction to the warmth he’d felt on his ear probably. And, for more than a moment, Link imagined this; every night, all the time, this. He found that the reflection didn’t bother him like he thought it might. And that, in and of itself, bothered him.
