Hazel gave Nico a worried glance when he said he wasn't hungry. She'd been fussing over him from the moment they'd arrived. She knew he was trying to eat a little for her sake, but it didn't make her worry lessen any.
"I'll take a piece, thank you." With Nico's refusal, it seemed the polite thing to do. She moved over to one of the trees and plucked a large ripe peach. It smelled wonderful and Hazel's stomach gave a happy turn. The food here really wasn't the best. While Persephone rang the water out of her hair, Hazel found a smallish boulder and sat down on it.
