Sam was on her own as of late, and for some reason, she didn't seem to mind it a bit. Kay and Jacks were off doing whatever it is that they did, and Rei was having serious woman issues. Other than that, she was used to being on her own, it just seemed like it was less of her choice and more of a forced thing as of late. She would state that she didn't mind being alone, but she did mind the loneliness that came with it. What else could she do besides wander around and study? Anything. She could do anything, which was precisely why she was flying around on her broom at breakneck speed, zipping through crowds of people without a word. Angst wasn't really the word from it. It felt like some sort of forced separation, and it was one she didn't get anything out of in the end.
Most people were wandering in groups, but she focused on a person sitting alone reading a piece of paper and realized it was Anthony. Sam did another lap around the area and wondered why he was sitting alone, but it wasn't until she realized that she could potentially make a friend in him that she cut back over to where he was sitting, landed her broom and playfully snatched the parchment out of his hand. Instead of being nosy and reading it, she folded it into quarters and tucked it in her back pocket, an apologetic look on her face.
"You can have it back in a few," she explained, curling up next to him with her chin in her hands. "But I don't want to know what it says."
