Kevin was never one to keep his feelings in one place, and even though it was unnatural and somewhat frowned upon, he found that after being in Daphne's body, he was able to access those feeling a lot easier and without digging up painful memories just to stir up that deeper something inside of him. Unfortunately, a lot of what was being stirred up was Susan, and he was doing his absolute best to shove every last bit of her aside to find some solace. As it stood, he was spending most of his days thinking about what Susan was doing, but now he had another woman in his mind taking up space, and it seemed like these days, Daphne was heavily outweighing Susan in his mind.
The nice thing about being back in his own body was that he knew how to carry himself again. His arms didn't swing awkwardly and he was able to get right back into his dress pants. He was elated to be himself again, and now he was on his way to meet Daphne, even if she didn't know it. See, Kevin found places that he thought she would like, and when she was hosting his mind and spirit, he kept finding himself in window panes and quiet places that her body just seemed to respond to. He wanted to be there, and he wanted to be around her, so the most natural place for him to head to was the library. Oddly enough, his feet took him there before he even knew where he was going.
Much to his chagrin, Daphne was perched in the window nearest the restricted section, and she was looking much better than he did when he was in her body. There was the confidence he lacked when he was inside of her, and now that he saw her in her natural state, he realized that there was a lot more to Daphne that he didn't know about. With a little shake of his head, Kevin walked up and pushed himself up into the windowsill aside her, reaching out to tap her knee with his finger.
"I thought I could find you here. Is it okay? Me being here?"
