If it had been any other night, he likely would have been the one to let her in. However, Music Club had taken his afternoon, and so he hadn't returned to the dorm, as soon as he might have. The first meeting, which he had attended, was pretty damn awesome. It was a pleasant surprise, to see so many musicians gathered in one place. Aside from the whole school setting, it reminded him of nights spent back stage, after a show. When all the bands would hang out, have a drink, talk, and even give the others a preview of their newest song. It was those types of moments, that the fans never got to see. The moments that he loved the most, next to performing, of course.
Rhett had discovered another perk to coming to the school, with Ada here, and them sharing so many classes, it was like being in high school. They'd never had the chance for that, but now it seemed they did. For the most part, they were focused enough in class. But before, and after, he was sure they annoyed a few of the other students, with their talking, and laughing about stupid stuff, that only made sense to them. Inside jokes, and old stories that they decided to relive that moment. At least they hadn't fallen into the juvenile act of passing notes. Though, if he were honest with himself, he could see that happening eventually.
As he stepped into the common room, the first sight to meet him, was that of a very tall, very beautiful woman, pacing back, and forth. Granted, he knew that there was no way, that he'd meet every student, that belonged in the house of fire, but he was pretty damn sure, he would have remember seeing her around. "You all right. dalin'?" He asked, shifting his arms, to fold across his chest, as he stood back, watching her with interesting. He noted that she looked a bit anxious about something. "Waiting on someone?" Maybe if he happened to know who it was, he could help her out, and tell them that they had a guest waiting.
