"Oh no..." Ita sympathized. "Why'd you go out? They said it was safe inside. I didn't want to go out..." she trailed off. Now she knew ghosts hung around, it did kind of scare her a bit. Especially since she couldn't sense them at all. She was used to having superior senses to those around her.
"Well, I do love to cook! And I can't possibly eat all of what I cook. And we could totally go shopping together!" Smiling at the bit about the pie, she shook her head and admonished good naturedly, "You need something better than pie!"
But her smile was quickly replaced by a look of concern. "What's wrong? What's stressing you out? I mean, if you want to say..." she added. She knew what it was like to not want to talk. At his description of her, she gave him a bright smile, and a little giggle. "Um, I try?" she laughed. It was quite the compliment, in her opinion.
