There were a surprising lack of ghosts at Halcyon, for which Fisher was eternally grateful. But there were enough. "Well, you know last Friday when they opened the Mundus Stone and let everyone out of Hades?" He smiled ironically. "What it all comes down to is I shouldn't have gone outside." That seemed to be all he was inclined to say on the matter, though anyone could tell there was a long and complicated story behind it.
"Oh, darn!" he lamented happily. "I don't do any of those things. Well, okay," he admitted, "I do like shopping. And it doesn't look it right now-" he said, indicating his skinny frame, "but I'm a fan of eating. I'm actually really glad you stopped by with this pie, I'm starving and I didn't feel like going out." He hadn't left his room very often for the past week.
"I've been... well, stressed, to put it mildly." Very mildly. "But moping around here won't change that, huh?" He smiled at Ita. "Thanks for coming over," he said again. "You're like... a little person-shaped ball of sunshine. With peach pie," he added, taking another bite. "Mmm. Love it."
