A lot, well that could certainly be a bad thing. But, as Lyn went on to say what she had heard was good, Vivian relaxed a bit more. Normally she wouldn't care what someone might have, and might not have heard about her, but she, and Ari had shared some interesting conversations. She'd admitted things to him, that most didn't know. After all, it was nice getting the point of view from someone who had lived outside of the human world. "That's what he had said. From what I understand, you can't beat a fae party. I'd be very curious to attend one. It might be the one event that shocks me." She grinned, that would be quite a venture.
"I was always ended up hearing my entire name when I was in trouble. Which was all too often when I was younger." Those were dreaded words back in the day. Especially in the tone that always accompanied them. "That is more fitting." Vivian chuckled lightly. "We tend to meet on good terms, and part with me being pissed off at something he said. He's far too insulting at times. I'm sure you've had the urge to slap him from time to time?" Vivian nodded, "Yes, his comments about vampires are usually what piss me off. He seems to think we are a bit like zombies... I think we are a great deal more complex than that."
From her own experience, she didn't think it was unwise to be cautious of vampires. They were tricky creatures after all. Dangerous, certainly. Most weren't worth trusting, in her opinion. The same could be said for most people, creatures, whatever. It all depended on the person. "I was glad as well. I love my job. I was a bartender before being turned, so I have a bit of a passion for it." Now that she couldn't pursue her law career, bartending was all she had. "Tell him I'll buy him a trick, that might help coax him out a bit more. He's needs to lighten up, and get out of the woods more often." She smiled once more. Ari stubborn? Impossible. "I would have told him to bugger off if I were you. You showed him up, I hope?" Ari needed to be proven wrong more often.
She nodded, "I think it will increase the cash flow quite a bit." Not to mention add to the already hedonistic atmosphere the place held. She couldn't wait for the following week, she, and Jaida had to make a night of it in the place. Tossing dollar bills, and throwing back some drinks. "Knowing my luck, he wouldn't be phased by it at all. We ought to think of something that would shock him."
