"You really think he's done that before?" she asked, frowning harder at that thought. If he had, why was he getting away with it now? Was he really like one of those bully kids at school who was just going to push and push until finally something gave? She gave Ita a wan smile and then shook her head. "Oh no, Ita, don't drown anyone for me, please, okay? I don't want you getting into trouble...not for me." She really didn't either. The idea of Ita picking a fight with anyone made her stomach roil around a bit more. Not that she believed that Ita wouldn't be able to hold her own, she just didn't want her friend getting expelled.
"Good...yeah, I'm staying the hell away from him. We're in the same class together, but that's the only time I see him, and if he bothers me, I'm definitely telling my guide." She sighed. "I don't need this, not here, not with having to deal with everything else." Briefly considering telling her guide about the incident, she decided against it for the moment. She didn't know her guide well at all.
Returning Ita's hug, she winced a little. "Hey...does it take anything out of you to do that healing mojo?" she asked, smiling a little wider and more genuinely this time. "I've got a wicked bruise on my hip from falling."
