Jillian frowned when she heard a noise on the other side of the door, a little jumpy since last night. She pulled away from the door the moment it opened and gave Ita a tight smile. Her eyes were relieved, though, to see her friend in one piece after that horrible noise. "You okay? Sounded like you fell..." she frowned again. Returning the hug, she walked into the room and took the nearest seat, sighing. "I'm okay...and wow, that smells good."
Sitting back, she raised her eyes to the ceiling and then looked at Ita. "So, bet you want to know what happened?" she asked, folding her arms across her chest. "I was taking a hike last night and I ran into Caibre. He was covered in blood and acting really weird. Not that I know what he normally acts like, but still...it was scary. He told me basically to vamoose and when I did, he started following me. Next thing I know, he's chasing me! I had no idea what was happening, just that it was fucking scary." She took a deep breath before continuing, annoyance filtering into her voice.
"I kept running and then all of a sudden, he burst out of the brush and tackles me...then pitches me over a freakin' cliff!" She threw up her hands, her face growing red. "Luckily, it wasn't really high and there was water underneath, but still. He came down and then waved bye like a smart ass and he left." She snorted, huffing a breath. "I have no idea what got into him. Full moon? Do all the weres act like psychos around this time?" She didn't know what else to say. Full moon aside, Caibre had acted like a real psychopath, chasing her like she was a mouse or rabbit. She knew that some people didn't like humans, but that was overboard really. At the moment when he'd left, she wasn't sure what he'd meant to do with her, but she had never been more glad not to hear someone's thoughts than she had been in that moment.
