“Nope, we were on two different wavelength’s all together, babe. In my world, people staring at you was always a good thing. Remember I’m a performer. It either means they’re entranced with your music, or you’re doing something so bitchin’ on a wave they can’t take their eyes off of you.” Xander just grinned at the thought. “Either way, means good shit. And we aren’t even talking about the attraction stares on that. Which, of course, I’m arrogant enough to enjoy at all times.” Partially why he chose to live so openly, in a matter of speaking.
“I find that in dreams, it helps to do things that you wouldn’t normally do. Sorta establishes that you’re the one in control, or some bullshit like that, I don’t know. Sides, dreams are supposed to help you relax. If beating the shit out of a bird that is annoying you in a place you won’t really harm that conscience of yours.. then so do it.” Humans and their silly morality, it never ceased to amuse him.
He considered what she said about the dream woods and hmm’d a little bit. He didn’t watch too much in the way of television, but he saw enough crime drama’s to have some what of a clue, right? “We tend to feel safe where we grow up.” It really was the only explanation for why he could think of she went here out of instinct. Least according to all those silly TV shows. “Best I can think of. Though, why we’d need to feel safe from crows, I can’t help you. Ravens.. now those are evil vicious birds.” He said with a grin.
“And what do you mean.. embarrassing vision? You can’t have skin to skin contact? That’s going to be a bummer.. no boyfriend or girlfriend, however you swing. Definitely no playtime, ‘cause that’s all skin to skin. Be real bad to have a vision in the middle of doing the ditty.”
