"Um, well, it's an independent study with Professor Lazlofi. I couldn't fit his philosophy class in my schedule, but he agreed to an independent study. It's kinda fun, but a lot of work..." She smiled. Talking about something she enjoyed could definitely help to calm her nerves. In fact, she could become quite the chatterbox if she was comfortable enough, talking for hours if her listener remained interested.
"I am. Oh my God, you're her brother?! I'm so glad to meet you!" Sydni smiled warmly, her expression matching the enthusiasm in her voice. Frankie was such a sweet girl, it was awesome to be able to meet some of her family. Meeting the people who were important to the people who mattered to her was important to Sydni. She loved being able to share what she loved with others - it was like she was sharing herself. It felt the same way when she got to meet friends and family of those about whom she cared.
"No, please do. I know you came here recently, right? How do you like it so far?" She hoped they hit it off well. It would nice to be friends with Frankie's brother.
