"Less than perfect qualities?" Easton arched a brow, grinning as he glanced down at her, "I wasn't aware you had any, Sammy-girl. Please make me aware next time one comes up, would you? As a boyfriend, I really should know these type of things." He chuckled, leaning down to brush a kiss to her forehead. It was these moments he liked the best, just the two of them cuddled up together, talking about anything and nothing all at once. It was the same way they'd been as friends, the way they'd passed their time...save for the whole kissing thing. That was definitely a nice benefit.
It seemed Jax and East would never get along - at least they'd finally given up trying...that had never seemed to do anything but get everyone all worked up. At least they weren't tearing into each other constantly - Sam didn't have to worry about playing referee at every turn.
"You were feeling feisty that night," he grinned, fingers toying with her dark hair. "Besides, I'd rather have you dragging me across the carpet than to have you out there running about without any clue of what you're doing or who you're with." Was he worried about things that went down during the moon? Of course! He wanted to make sure she was safe no matter what and that was rather hard to do when she was choosing to go out and take her chances elsewhere. He was concerned, that was all. Isn't that what good boyfriends did? Easton grinned, returning the kiss she pressed to his lips, "Yes, I'm quite the tough bloke when you're out and about. I'll try and avoid those fist fights this go-round."
