Shoko didn't go clothes shopping usually. And when she did, she often shopped in the boy's section. She just felt they were more comfortable to wear. She was an Old Navy kid though; the plainer the better. As Kissy spoke about music, Shoko grew a bit more enthusiastic, "I like that song! I like her older songs best though. My favorite is Fantasy. Always Be My Baby makes me cry though!" It reminded her of her ex. Everyone has that one song that reminds them of relationships they had in the past.
"Hikaru Utada is an amazing singer! Did you know her father is a record producer and he didn't want her to be a singer but she did so anyway? She writes and produces her own songs!" Shoko explained, "She was also born in New York City but has a joint citizenship. She's so cute too!" Hikaru Utada was a Jrocker who had an interesting sound to her music which sounded vaguely Mariah Careyish and some songs had Avril Lavigne quality to them. "I have her CDs if you want to listen to her! I have some other JPop too. I'm sort of fond of the Pillows. They're old but I still like them!"
"What kind of candy? Some American candy is awfully sweet. I do like reeces pieces though," Shoko had a bit of difficulty saying the name of her favorite candy though. "Chocolate is very good though! My name actually sounds similar to the Japanese word for chocolate! Did you know that chocolate is made from the same plant that cocaine comes from?"
