Kissy wasn't entirely sure, but she had a strong intuition that made her think he was making fun of her. Or disapproving. Or making fun of her and disapproving. Some of the people here didn't like humans. Kissy LOVED humans. Especially those cute brothers on the WB, even if she liked the bad boy brother more which was TOTALLY unlike her. And like, it was so rude to be shooting wendigos. They were totally really nice and made these awesome pot-holders that her mother had for like, a bajillion years.
Anyway, she wasn't going to give him the dignity of a response as to why she was flapping her arms. It was perfectly clear, wasn't it? Kissy was afraid of flying because she thought she'd never come down again so she didn't want to fly but couldn't say no to her parents which led her to take a class that she essentially refused to participate in and was endlessly trying to find the most obtuse reasons to not participate but had this strange notions he could do so while also still passing. Somehow. So she flapped her arms, ok!?
But the trampoline was a good sign. Yes, she had played on them with her human friends and yes, she was awesome at trampolining. It didn't take a genius to figure out the trampoline was like the special ed of flying class, but whatever. Kissy was going to enjoy it because she would come back down for sure.
Without saying anything, she reached for the edge of the trampoline eagerly, ready to pounce down. When a thought occurred to her. Now when thoughts occurred to her, actual epiphanies, she stopped for a moment. Rusty wheels squeaking and all that. This was just a step for a bigger plan he had, wasn't it? You couldn't be that big and wingy and growly without having some sort of plan, right? Maybe he was going to move the trampoline? Or maybe it was a magic trampoline. Oh yes, she was not as ignorant in the ways of supernaturals as he thought.
Kissy needed an excuse, quick! "CanIgotothebathroomfirst?" She blurted out, looking like a bowstring ready to be let go, so eager was she to run off. You couldn't say no to the bathroom, right?
