All the reasons to stay away and play…but there were so many reasons to do so right here. After all he’d hate to deny so many young souls a place to go…be free for a time. The school had so many rules, or at the least to the snake it seemed as such. What better business venture then to supply a place for those young students to roam…. Of course there was the fact that cover was often free of charge but really that little bit of supposed business downfall actually did little to bring the businesses profits down. In the long line of clubs he had owned the school did well for him. But all knew it was only a matter of time before the game lost its thrill for him and he traveled elsewhere.
Moments like the one just now occurring gave him reason to linger however. The young had such….bite. Bite that they rarely had the real strength to back up. Like a little dog snapping at the heels of ones that could step on them without even realizing it. It was…cute really. Not that any really liked being reminded of that fact.
Which only made Vale wish to do so even more, to watch them get so red in the face and hot under the collar.
This one appeared to be itching for a fight his poor young self stood no chance of even coming close to winning no matter how his male ego screamed that he could. That was the problem with undeserved egos…they often made you look a fool.
Vale smirked as yellow eyes watched the other stomp his way over. The pretty little loyal fae stood her ground, what a sweet girl she was. It wouldn’t be the first time she was smacked out of the way no…but that didn’t seem to phase her. No her dainty little form stayed right where it was, her hands coming to press at her hips and her eyes narrowed with a bit of a huff of her own.
Vale could hurt the boy, but he had little cause to bother to lift his hand to do so. Though he had to think this was a rather poor show of just how those lessons in calm were working for him. Wouldn’t his guide be disappointed. Tsk Tsk. Vale knew the gargoyle did so try to get people to pick the…valiant path.
This one was far more entertaining for all parties involved.
Vale leaned forward, snaking an arm around the tiny faes waist to pull her back against him. Resting upon his knee while the vampiress curled so comfortably against his side. As pretty as the little fae looked covered in blood she’d behaved well tonight and didn’t need to become part of this particular show.
Val’s words brought a laugh from Vale’s lips, a distinctly slithered sound as he grinned at the other “Always room for more.” Play was going to be had…the boy had simply be careful on just how he wished to have it all go about.
