Ita did look happy. It was her natural state. As he began, she gave him a curious look, until he started about her parents, and then she stepped back, pulling her arms up close to her body. She looked terrified. He could see her parents? She looked around half expecting to see the horrifying image of the charred remains of her parents.
As he started talking about her parents, she couldn't keep it together. Not when he said the words her father had said. She burst into tears, her hand shakily covering her mouth. When Fisher said her dad was sorry, she shook her head, "N-no! He's not! It-it wasn't his fault! Someone stole them from me!" She started off quietly, but she shouted that last part. She started to sob, and the rage bubbled up inside of her. It wasn't really directed at Fisher, but he had brought up these memories. And when the water elemental became overly emotional, the water around her reacted accordingly. Already her hair was weighing down with the dampness in the air, and condensation appeared on the surfaces near her - the walls, floor. This was too much.
