Lyn caught the smile on Xander's face, but couldn't exactly place what would bring it on. She decided to let it pass even as she wondered if he was were somehow laughing at her on the inside.
"I know you do," she smiled, now amused herself. "But I bet you would find it more relaxing, even just to get away for a little while." She side stepped a couple as they came barrelling past. Apparently having had enough to drink that the rules of polite society didn't matter so much as they bumped into everyone and everything. "As noisy as this is right now," she closed her eyes for a moment. "The stillness of being away away from it all...to breath and to relax...can be everything you need." She smiled, "Even for just a little while."
When she openned her eyes again, the craziness remained, but she at least felt a little more comfortable. Lyn shifted beneath his arm, turning to glance at the bar. "Drinks, then booth?" She didn't quite feel up to dancing just now. But after a couple of drinks, she knew she'd be more in the mood.
A blush creeped into her cheeks, "I'm sure you'll let me know when you're ready to go watch the night's entertainment." She's curious herself, but not something she'd tell him. She'd never been to an actual strip club, so here was a first time for her.
