That was a behavior he would never understand, in men, or women. To him, it was almost as if the other person was saying 'See, I can have whomever I want. You should feel lucky I'm with you.' Why you would ever want to be with someone who acted that way, he couldn't even begin to fathom. Hell, maybe they really did need to remind themselves that they were sexually attractive. Flirting was one thing, everyone flirted. There was a line you could certainly cross with it though... yeah, he'd crossed it before in the past. That was the past though. Not once had he ever done so in front of Piper. That sort of thing, you didn't need to rub in someone's face. Especially when they were giving he several chances, after screwing up. That didn't make his flirting right though, no, it had been unforgivable. He's also met a few of those big egos in his days. Fortunately, he wasn't one of them. Wes knew his limitations, and was never looking for a fight.
"Even an easy going bastard like me has to be picky about some things." Alright, so he was more picky than he liked to believe, but that was okay. There was nothing wrong with not wanting to be annoyed all the time, in his opinion anyway. Being a teacher, that was at times hard to avoid, but he did his best. Sometimes just rolling his eyes, when a certain annoying student walked into the classroom helped greatly. It was the same here. He didn't have to put up with a lame dancer, but he did if it would provide a laugh, or two. Some women looked down on strippers. Others took inspiration from them. That would explain why so many people had stripper poles in their homes, or there were even classes where they taught people how to dance on the pole for exercise. Some saw stripping as degrading. Others viewed it as empowering. It was all about how you approached it.
The great thing about Wes, he loved all colors. The more psychedelic, the better. So, it would be impossible to say at this point. At least she would be surprised, right? Not once had they fooled around, and purposely forgotten to protect themselves. It had always just sort of happened. Getting carried away, and thinking... like that wasn't the story of his life. So far, they had been damn lucky, and Wes wasn't looking to push his luck. Adding another kid to the mix would makes an already complicated situation, that much worse. He needed to figure shit out with the kids he had, before he started adding to it. Did he want to have more kids? Eventually. "This'll be fun." He whispered against Cat's ear, as the woman before them began to move, once the new song had began. It would likely get a bit crowded, but that was perfectly okay with him.
