"Yeah?" Jillian asked, her brow furrowing just a little. She hadn't wanted to hurt Ita's feelings at all bu making her own statement, nor had she wanted to make Ita feel silly. Romance wasn't something that Jillian herself really believed in. Frankly, the idea of falling in love with someone was the most terrifying thing she could think of, even beyond the event that had caused her powers to hit full on. Her parents had been in love. Once. Jillian listened, tilting her head to the side as she felt her stomach drop a little at the sound in Ita's voice. Something had happened to her parents. "Well, I'm glad that they found that...so many people think they're in love, but when it comes down to it, to the real tests, they fail."
Jillian's eyes widened a little as Ita exclaimed and she laughed. "I have pictures, just not many of them..." She nodded, taking another couple of bites, before she laughed again. "A memory book? I guess I would like that...I would like to remember Halcyon. I like it here, even if I don't feel like I fit in yet." She smiled, glad that the conversation wasn't quite so heavy anymore. "Sure! I'd like that. You can teach me how to scrapbook and things."
