Xander was right. Judging something when you haven't even tried it wasn't right. "You have a point, but there are few women that hate men because of other reasons as well." It wasn't always about sex. Some of those women could have gotten abused when they were kids or maybe they were just tired of being mistreated by men. Alice might not know much about relationships, or sex, but she wasn't totally naive either. She thanked her friends for keeping her educated growing and it's a big possibility that was why she hadn't tried getting herself mixed up in all that mess before. Having to be the shoulder to cry on numerous times for her friends might have soured her a little on guys. Who knows.
When she was asked what she had brought for dessert, Alice dragged the basket over towards them. "White chocolate, raspberry muffins." She would have pulled one out, but they hadn't even finished eating the rest of the meal yet. Couldn't go spoiling your appetite with dessert before dinner was had right? Wrong! Alice was very well known for sneaking in a few snacks before a meal, but she was good this time.
"Oh you could just be saying that to make me happy and as soon as I decide to turn around or something, you could spit it into the sand." She laughed, picked up an egg and popped it into her mouth. She didn't care if Xander didn't like it. Couldn't please everyone right? "You don't have to lie. I won't be sad if you don't like it. Some people actually really hate deviled eggs. Or eggs in general."
