Alice thought on his explanation for a moment since she was exactly the same way. Well, for the most part. As long as she was able to get over her initial shyness, she was pretty much the same person online as she was in real life. Some people just didn't get the benefit of her warming up to then. "Well I guess I like her online personality then," she confessed. "I've seen her in the halls at school and she's gorgeous." Alice blushed again at that statement and was surprised that she was able to say it like that. She held the glass of scotch between both of her hands and stared at it for a moment. She almost looked like she was trying to talk to it from the expression on her face, and she actually was. Alright mister scotch. I don't like you and you don't like me, but let's just try to get along and work things out here okay? It just wasn't audible.
"I'm supposed to hang out with her at her work one of these days. Just haven't set a date yet." She took another sip from the glass and smiled softly. This time it didn't take as strong and she thanked the little ice cubes that were slowly starting to melt for the help.
When the glass was held up, Alice did the same and smiled at the demon that sat opposite from her. "To good times," she said and nodded her head. Alice did her best to ignore the first statement that was made and moved on to comment on the second. "Never been in a situation where a guy would want to try to smooch me," she said with a shrug. "I've had a few guy friends growing up, but we usually just sat around playing video games." Another pass time she still enjoyed to this day.
"Let me know when you start getting hungry." Alice wasn't that hungry herself just yet. She had snacked on a few of those eggs and muffins earlier to help tide her over until they actually ate.
