"You're welcome," Ita said genuinely. It was a very good cake. And obviously on a higher difficulty level than your average cake. She watched as Alice prepared a slice to go and smiled widely. "Thank you so much! Pick whichever goodies you want to take with you. There's plenty."
With that, Ita started putting the goodies into some baskets she'd brought with her, wrapping them in wax paper, and then foil. She'd cut the bread in the morning.
"Awesome. You can send it to me by e-mail. And if you want to load the cake on here, you won't have to come back to the kitchen to get it later." Ita picked up one of the baskets and waited for Alice before she headed up to her room.
