Kalli motioned with her head towards his board, and she didn't miss the xeroxing of her body either. But, being one not to take herself seriously she just smirked, "Keep dreaming there buddy" Nothing like calling someone out about something, "Depends on the kinda trouble you get in though" she shrugged, thinking a moment. She guessed most people could say that Kalli got into trouble quite a bit, but the thing about the trouble she did get in, was that it never really brought her trouble. Well, if it did, she had forgotten about it already. She was quite the happy camper.
"Yeah, I think I've seen you around, but after while it gets too hard to keep track of who's new and who isn't." she said, taking his hand, "Yep definitely a nymph of the nature persuasion. I've never been to Los Angeles, but from what I've heard it doesn't sound like a city most would gravitate to...um...if nymphs gravitated towards cities that is" she laughed. Kalli was probably the exception. She lived for forests and mountains and was content to let the scenery consume her entirely, but still - she was raised in a city more or less.
When asked about what she was doing, somewhat of a lightbulb went off in her head. She didn't really know. "Um. Just wandering around I guess." It seemed more like a question than an answer. Kalli never really made plans and as far as keeping plans was concerned...well, you could imagine. Kalli had to check her surroundings out again, realizing she was lost in her own head again. The sun was just coming up, so it was early...water..swimming? It occurred to her at that moment that she was already knee deep in the water and she had been wearing her bathing suit. Letting out a laugh she said, "I'm swimming!" Kalli liked to think this constant need to figure out where her feet had taken her was more endearing than annoying.
To prove her point, she scurried back to the shore, slipped out of her dress and ran back into the water. Her bikini wasn't too revealing, the army green was a dark colour and the only interesting things it showed was the scar above her belly button and the sternum piercing she had. No big deal, and Kalli rarely felt self-conscious anyway.
"What are you doing out this early?" she asked, suddenly curious. "I mean, besides trying to surf. I didn't think demons were the early bird type."
