Remember Erlend Øye? If not, you should, for he is the One True Percy Weasley, and this is his better half (musically speaking, that is), Eirik Glambek Bøe, whose first name I keep trying to misspell by moving the first i to somewhere in Glambek. Some of these icons are total crap, and I'm not just being modest about them, they were just crap images, but I decided some quality must be sacrificed in the name of unknown Scandinavian PBs. And hey, maybe he could be an Oliver Wood. Though I might just be saying that because he's hanging out with (the One True) Percy.
