It didn't take long for Megan to consider his offer, and she, as gently as possible in her current state, hopped up onto the knee he offered her as a seat. She shrugged in response to Susan's question while picking up her drink and taking a rather large gulp from it. "Well, that bloke over there." She paused to point at him, which was soon followed by a wave since he was looking in their direction. "He so kindly bought me...three shots of vodka while you two were having your fun." She continued, pausing in the middle of her sentence to do a recount of the number of shots in her head. "And I was also kind of bored, so I got myself a few." She continued her explanation of how much she had to drink, but was sure they didn't need all of these details.
"Jack!" She said abruptly, wrapping the arm closest to him around him and pulling him into a half hug. "How have you been?" She asked, thinking she hadn't really talked to him about how he was doing lately, only this silly little prank she had put him up to.
