Nancy peeked into the other pizza boxes and spied a supreme and a hawaiian. Setting the hawaiian on top, she pulled out a slice for herself and started eating sans plate.
"When's the last time you got a raise at work?" she asked between bites. This was an entirely casual affair where plates weren't required and napkins were optional. As she chewed, she tried to think of other jobs Wilbur could do and make more money at. Construction paid well, but unless you lived where it was warmer, it was a seasonal type of job.
