it's all about the customs, you know it is | what did you do today?

How many days could you last in solitary confinement? How would you do it?
probably one. maybe two. but i'd fake some medical bullshit so the guards would come check on me and i'd get them talking and get them to hang out awhile.

What’s one thing you’d rather pay someone to do than do yourself? Why?
dishes. they're gross. food sits out for a minute and it's foul. then it's nasty on the plates. and scrubbing that shit and the smell. pass.

What’s your reaction towards people who are outspoken about their beliefs? What conditions cause you to dislike or, conversely, enjoy talking with them?
i think it's good for people to believe in something and defend it and stand up for it and speak on it with some knowledge and respect. i dislike it when it comes from a place of hate or ignorance or a closed mind. i dislike it when people want to talk at you and not to you. i dislike it when people try to convert you. i enjoy talking to people about it when i feel like they get it or they have the same passions i do. i enjoy talking to people with different beliefs if they can educate me or we can have a conversation about it and not a debate.

If you could eliminate one weakness or limitation in your life, what would it be?
family expectations and obligations.

How difficult is it for you to forgive someone who refuses to apologize?
pretty fucking difficult. if they're not sorry, why am i going to try to figure out how to forgive them? seems like they don't care either way.

do you find it difficult to apologize for something you may have done wrong but you don't regret doing it?

yeah completely. i don't apologize unless i mean it. what could it mean to them if i don't mean it?

It's basically the whole definition of "sorry not sorry" yeah? I think I only apologize if I don't realize I did something rude, like accidentally not hold the door open for someone or take the last fry without paying attention.

yeah but you do mean that. and i'm not saying that i never apologize. just never forced,

some people are so unapologetic to a point though, i've come to find out. probably because you have some manners then.

where they're just trying to prove a point regardless of what they actually feel?

who knows what is really going on up there but that could always be a case.

fuuuck, i'm right there with you on washing dishes. touching other people's plates grosses me out so much, i can wash mine but ugh. it's just too much.

i could elaborate but i won't. because it's nasty. but i would do any other chore before this one.

i'm so curious that part of me is screaming to ask you to elaborate but common sense tells me no hahaha. seriously, me too. i hate doing laundry but i'd forever rather wash my entire wardrobe at once than do dishes. fuuuck that. bless the person who invented dishwashers.

ha. no, it was just elaboration on the gross things people do and how by the time i gets to your sink it's the nasty scraps or gross stuff no one wanted to eat. the thing that pisses me off about dishwashers even is that you still have to rinse them off and essentially wash them.

oh yeah, this is honestly one of the many reasons i'm glad not to be living with my family anymore. fuuucking hell, sometimes those people were the worst offenders. hahaha that's a fair point, maybe i'm just lazy though. okay that's not even anywhere near true, it is bullshit. slightly more convenient but hey, that's how most things are.

it's mostly to do with taking over the family business. and all that kind of stuff.

I slept in this morning for the first time in a good minute. The rest of the day is super busy, though.

I agree with you on having conversations over debates. I don't need to convince anyone to believe what I believe and I don't want to have someone else's beliefs forced down my throat either. Through dialogue like this we all might be able to learn more about each other and find common ground.

I had a really important work week so I didn't get much sleep at all, actually. But I'm pretty used to it by now.

so she was in there for a really long time and i can't remember the exact circumstances but they were fucking with her in the end about having talked to her wife and kid and lawyer and stuff, so she literally shoved all her clothes down the toilet and just started flushing repeatedly and i think that's what got her out - not ultimately but she did end up getting out after that.

pretty smart if you think about it. what are the actual consequences if you do stuff like that? what's worse than solitary?
