Tanym waited outside, he'd left Kirby with Mrs. Leraas and headed out. She was all a bubble, willing to watch Kirby without a question and telling him to stay out as long as he liked. It must say something about your love life if your neighbor is thrilled with you finally having a date. He did dress nicely not formal, but  like a date. He wore a white button up, black slacks and a long sleeved black sweater, the journal shoved into one pocket.

The music inside the place could be heard outside, it was blues tonight and inside was already filling up a bit. The tables outside, however, were still free and that was fine with him, he wanted to be able to enjoy the music with her, and talk.
