"Maybe it was like some weird Greek style or something. I probably read somewhere that Ancient Greek kids exchanged these things, which is where I got the dream from. It was probably only a matter of time before I found one."
That had to be it. Because, obviously, Ancient Greek teenagers made a sport out of hiding rings. It made very little sense, but more sense than how she just randomly found it due to a dream.
'I must sound all kinds of crazy talking about this stuff. I don't know...do you want to join me upstairs? I have olives."
That was random, she blushed after saying it, 'Er...I mean, I have other things, but I have a lot of olives because...they're...in season in Athens and...cheap?" Awkward. Very, very, awkward.
"Like, I like olives, but, you know. I have tea, too. And something that might be a Hot Pocket, but it's Greek."
