Astoria frowned although Alette couldn't see anyhow. "It's not as if you're tearing the place down." It was natural that people would criticize what Alette was doing but Astoria didn't think that it was something that should stop her from going for what she wanted. "Besides, after a while people will forget. They'll move on." Especially if Alette did a good job reopening the business. It was risky and it was bound to be difficult but if Alette really wanted it then why wouldn't it be worth the criticism and more?
She smiled at Alette's exclamation. It really was nice to spend time with someone so good-natured. Why was it that everyone was so cynical? Herself included?
