Teagan shrugged. "He's not the emotional type, no. I don't know how he acted. He acted like John. How is he supposed to act?" she asked, feeling confused. She had no idea to decide if he was emotional too or not. She knew him, but he was the type who joked and was sarcastic. Even when he hugged her, they always touched so it wasn't new. There was no reason that she could think of to decide he was that night.
"We haven't seen each other. So I have no idea if he can look at me now. Especially after what happened," she said, "I'm sorry the first guy you were with couldn't look or talk to you after. That sucks. At least after you first had sex with your boyfriend now he could?"
She was glad he understood and wasn't gonna hold it against her. "Thanks," she said, "But at least it's worth it you, right? I mean the pain and discomfort?"
