Malachi didn't move away as he reached over and grabbed the picnic basket he'd set down here earlier. Keeping his arms around her, he reached into the basket and pulled out a few types of food. He'd packed cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches along with strawberries, chocolate dipping sauce, and some cheese and raw vegetables with hummus. And of course, on the side he had brownies. Knowing she was breast feeding and such, they were just normal brownies that they could give to Truth tomorrow if they didn't eat them all, but he felt the sentiment was still there. He had a bottle of apple cider rather than wine or champagne with two glasses, but until she asked, he didn't feel like moving so he could pour it without spilling it. "It's not much, but I thought you'd still need your strength?" he teased, kissing the back of her head.
"A strip club? Sure. Just make sure Cormac behaves himself and doesn't embarrass you and Katie," he said with a smirk. Even if she hadn't said it was all girls, he wouldn't have a problem with it. God knew there was nothing wrong with looking now and then. He wouldn't want her to actually be tempted to cheat on him, but he trusted her. She'd never stray. She'd probably suggest trying a dozen things in the bedroom for spice before she actually considered cheating on him, which was the same way he'd be.
