Teagan could see she was still confused. She shrugged anyway. "I guess so. I mean, at first it was a bit annoying he only remembered my scent as comforting rather than actually remembering me, but I made up for that. And I sort of understand, since I know him. You know, know him in ways you don't," she said trying not to be vague without being rude. "When he holds me or is too close to me, I think he smells good. He smells... safe or something, like with him around I know no one is going to hurt me."
