Teagan grinned at her. "Well, if I'm hooking you two up then I think I can over look it," she said, knowing they were both kidding around.
Teagan nodded. "Well, yeah. I mean, he's not the relationship type. I don't delude myself to thinking otherwise," she said, meaning it. To her it all sounded perfectly reasonable, but she was beginning to question it at Thalia's confusion. "The thing is if I was going to sleep with him without having an excuse, I should have done it months ago. Now, now we're friends and I'm risking making everything awkward and strange and know I am. Knowing that, I need an excuse. If I was just going to sleep with him, months ago would have worked out fine. It's not like I didn't have plenty of chances when we were at his place. But I chose not to, so now I have to find an excuse that I can use to explain it."
