Evan nodded with a smile. "It was," he agreed, honestly. He could say a lot of things about the city - like how it harbored magic abominations and called them citizens - but it certainly had its perks. He couldn't imagine living any place else. He wished for a place with no magic, but he doubted it was even possible to find out. He knew there, however, places that were devoted only to those creatures that masqueraded as versions of humans. "There's always something to do, something to get into. I was never bored."
