It had only been a day since his body and mind became his own again and for Octavius it had been about trying to get back into normalcy, which wasn’t very easy after having a demon using his body as a plaything for....well he couldn’t exactly recall the last time that he was himself. His awareness during those days were sketchy at best. He wasn’t quite sure if that was the demons doing with trying to suppress him or his own want to block out some of the things that creature did as him.
The one saving grace in it all was that Diane wasn’t around to see it or be victim to it. He already would have to explain why some things in the apartment were destroyed. Better then having her have witnessed anything.
When the owl arrived, almost instantly Octavius felt a sense of dread. Going over to the owl, he reached and took the note. It was a small note, simple but held such a weight to it. There was a heaviness that pressed on Octavius chest instantly.
While the last thing he wanted to was deal with this demon, he wasn’t going to let it hurt Lavender or her family. He had started this, it was his idea to even bring the creature in. He needed to finish with it. Grabbing his cloak he decided to take the floo to Lavender’s home.
After throwing some of the floo powder into the fire, he stepped into the green flame. An instant later he came out into Lavender’s home, looking a little disheveled and “Where is he?” he asked instantly, not even giving a moment for pleasantries.
